Kit Carson

Dave Gwyn, a former Kit Carson County Commissioner, was lauded by Pro 15.  During his two-term service as a Kit Carson County commissioner, he was instrumental in implementing a strategic plan that aided the county with maximizing its budget and building important reserves.

Gwyn graduated from Stratton High School in Stratton, Colorado.
